Once bake good leaves the location and hands of baker, the customer assumes all responsibility of the item. We give you opportunity to ensure the item is to your preference and will provide handling guidance.
If the item is not maintained with care ie dropped, tipped over, climate controlled, or handled with care or any other act that damages the item it is the responsibility of the client to fix the issue.
Pickup will be agreed upon by both the customer and owners. If customer is more than 30 minutes late without contact or a response the owner will message the customer of contactless pickup and any damage done after that time is the responsibility of the customer. We will ensure that items are place in a cooler with an ice pack but if customer chooses not to pick up for multiple days there will be no refund.
Before pickup is allowed payment must be paid in full. If payment is not paid in full you will not receive your order.
