This week I got two of the OG loaves and pumpkin spice bagels. As always the bread is great. Sandwiches, grilled, paninis and toast. Delicious. Toasted, this bread is brilliant. Imagine, your favorite baker hands you a loaf of beautifully baked bread, and you say “that looks great! Now lets cut it up and cook it again.” Brilliant. The pumpkin spice bagels were terrific. Almost all of the pumpkin spice foods this time of year taste like the regular food but then sprayed with concentrated pumpkin spice cologne. All the pumpkin spice is scent, not flavor. The bagels are flavor forward. They smell great, but not overwhelming. The pumpkin spice is in the flavor of the bagel. Delicious. Great “chewy” consistency. They come with a cinnamon stick upright in the middle. My new favorite fall bagel. Best, Dave

This order I again purchased two of the school loaves. They were perfect. I'm a single household and I use one loaf per week with grilled sandwiches, paninis, and best of all, toast. The loaf freezes beautifully. The toast is really extraordinary. I toast to well done, and with this bread I get three textures. A crackly crust, a golden brown crisp body, and even well toasted the middle still has a distinct chew. Delicious. I also had a focaccia. The bread as always was great. It was well dressed with quality toppings including a pizza style sauce, superior cheese, and nice and spicy pepperoni. I loved it. My only quibble is that I would prefer a much thinner focaccia. If you like deep dish pizza, this is for you. Lastly I purchased both Brown Butter Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter cookies. Lightly crisp edges, firm texture that was moist without any sogginess. Super chocolate flavor. And a hint of salt that the best bakers use to make that chocolate flavor pop. The peanut butter flavor was front and center. As it should be. There was no chalky flavor or off notes. The cookie was moist without an oiliness found in lesser peanut butter cookies. As always, great stuff. My third order goes in today. Best, Dave

We just picked up a sourdough loaf, bacon& Gouda loaf, banana bread and a sample pumpkin walnut muffin. Everything is amazingly delicious! The pickup was quick and easy. We will definitely be ordering again.

My new favorite baker. I purchased two sourdough sandwich loaves and four Cheddar, Garlic, and Onion bagels. Best purchase I've made this year. The bread is fine grained and hearty without being heavy. Within 30 minutes of picking up my loaves I was making a grilled cheese, with sharp white cheddar and thin slices of Granny Smith apples. Delicious! The bagels were luxurious. Great bagels with a very generous dressing of excellent Cheddar, Onions and Garlic. Both the bread and the bagels have just a whisper of the special tartness (not sour) that sourdough is famous for. The baker's skill and wonderful sourdough starter combine to make the best bread and bagels I've had in years. These baked goods have that homestyle, made from scratch quality that reminds me of just how good quality baked goods can be. Thank you for making such delightful baked goods. I'll be back. Quite simply the best chocolate chip cookies in the world! My friend who calls herself a chocolate cookie connoisseur agrees!

Both of these items are exceptional. The cake is so moist and the bread is soft. Will be purchasing again.
