We decided to try Baikery Sourdough bagels and wow did we ever get the treat of our lives!! You see the care that Bailey puts into each of these handcrafted delights I beyond words. Really the choice is to go to a bagel store that we don't even know what's in the ingredients or buy from someone who loves what they are making. Who carefully considers the ingredients like unbleached flour! Who doesn't use chemicals and preservatives! This is the first bagel I have ever eaten that didn't cause me wheat belly swelling! The bagels were fresh and soft on the inside with that incredible sourdough chewiness on the outside! In price comparison Baikery is sooooo much more for money! We just ordered a dozen more of the different kinds and are taste buds are so excited to experience another of Bailey's creations!! I highly recommend!!
