DEPOSIT Each order requires a deposit of 50% of your order total. The deposit will be due upon order confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable. PAYMENT Each order is required to be paid in full upon due date. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Apple Pay. REFUND To be eligible for a refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit, order cancellations must be requested at least 3 days before the order's due date. Refunds will not be issued if the request is received within 3 days of the order's due date. DELIVERY IF REQUESTED, WE CAN DELIVER ON MONDAYS-SATURDAYS. There will be no fee for delivery requests within 5 miles of our establishment. (Up to 5 miles = $0 delivery fee) All deliveries starting at 6 miles will be $1.00 per mile. (6 miles = $6.00 delivery fee) RUSH ORDERS Any order due date sooner than the 3 day minimum will have a $10.00 rush order fee applied. SHIPPING Unfortunately, we can not offer shipping at this time. We will update this site once we are able to securely and safely ship our baked goods.

Order Modifications Modifications to orders can be made until 3 days prior to the order's due date. Certain modifications may change the price of the order. Order Cancellations To submit a cancellation, please email us at thebeztbakery@gmail.com with your order number and personal contact information.
