💎 All party favors and treats are priced by the DOZEN (12PC).

💎 Events require a phone call/zoom consultation. Each event is priced individually after all details are gathered and a consultation is conducted to ensure your needs are met. Please provide as many details as possible when inquiring about your event.

💎Yes, I travel! Travel fees apply outside of the Cincinnati area.

✨ 🚨 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING WITH T.A.E 🚨

📌 ALL ORDERS & EVENTS REQUIRE A SIGNED CONTRACT & DEPOSIT TO BOOK. No order will be confirmed without it. 🚨ALL ORDERS UNDER $50 must be paid in full. A deposit is not applicable. 📌 ALL DEPOSITS (excluding security deposits) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes event deposits, party favors, and custom items. 📌 EVENT BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE 1-2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. Any booking made with shorter notice will incur a $150 rush fee. 📌 ALL EVENT DECOR ITEMS ARE RENTALS and must be returned. A $250 refundable security deposit will be held and returned within 24 hours if all items are undamaged. 📌 LATE PAYMENTS WILL RESULT IN FEES. A $25 per day late fee will apply if the remaining balance is not paid two weeks before the event. After five (5) days past due, your event will be canceled, and your deposit forfeited. 📌 CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT within 24 hours to secure your order. Shipping orders must be paid in full at the time of booking. 📌 PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS: 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS. Need it sooner? A $75 rush fee will apply. — Venue Requirements 🏢🏡 At this time, T.A.E does not own a venue. Clients must secure their own venue before booking event planning services. Please ensure you have all venue details in place so they can be included in your inquiry. For home-based parties, simply provide the event address. — Travel Policy ✈️🚗 T.A.E proudly offers event planning services across the United States. Travel fees are calculated based on distance, accommodations, and transportation needs. 📌 Base Travel Fees: - $75: for locations within 1–2 hours of Cincinnati. (e.g., nearby cities or states) - $175: for destinations 3-4 hours away, requiring extended travel. - $375+: for long-distance or high-demand locations, including cross-country travel or last-minute bookings. 📌 Additional Travel Costs: - Clients are responsible for covering hotel accommodations and transportation expenses (e.g., airfare, rental car, mileage). The exact travel fee will be detailed on your invoice based on your event location. 📌 Cincinnati-Area Events: - Events within Cincinnati will NOT incur travel fees. - All other locations will have travel fees applied, which will be stated in your invoice. CHECKOUT & PAYMENT PROCESS 🛒

To place an order, you must submit a request and complete the required questionnaire. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed. If any changes are needed, you will be contacted via text or email. If no changes are required, an invoice will be sent immediately. The invoice will include your quoted price and available payment methods. Payment Terms: Invoices must be paid within 24 hours to avoid order cancellation. If canceled, you will need to submit a new order request and questionnaire. Pickup Orders: Orders $50 & under must be paid in full. For orders over $50, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due at pickup. Shipping Orders: Must be paid in full before processing.
