While I can ship cookies, they are never guaranteed to arrive by a certain time or not be broken. I try everything in my power for both of these situations but once the box has left my hands I have no control on how they are handled.
Can you bake allergy friendly items?
I can! I can go 100% peanut allergy free and now I am able to offer gluten free items!
Why do you charge the full amount up front?
Unfortunately I have to charge the full amount up front after having several bad experiences a few years ago. If you cancel a week before your item is due, I do offer a refund. I also offer a refund if I am the one who has to cancel. (Which has only happened once in the 9 years)
