💵 To confirm order requests/dates, a non-refundable $50-$100 minimum payment is required within 24 hours after the invoice is sent. Order requests will be cancelled if the deposit is not paid within the above time frame. Orders under $65 will be required to pay in full at the time of ordering to confirm your order.
🩷Payment Plans Offered! Please DM me if you are in need of a payment plan, Final Payment is due one week before your event date. No Exceptions. When utilizing a payment plan, all payments are non refundable once submitted.
🧁 Pick-Up Times and Address is confirmed the day before you event date and will be sent via text message to the provided phone number. My pick up window is 9:30am-10:00am, if a different time is needed I may be able to accommodate but that is not always applicable.
🔄Pick up time change requests must be made a minimum of 3 days prior to your pick up date. Alternate people are able to pick up your order. Please be aware that I am not able to wait for late arrivers past my pick up window. If this is the case, your order will be left on my pick up stand, a photo will be sent to you and at that point I am no longer liable for your order. If your order requires refrigeration, It will default to my availability. If your order is not picked up within 24 hours, it will default to being forfeited and not be eligible for a refund. The order will then be publicly posted for sale. If your order is left on my pick up stand, it must be picked up by 7pm on your scheduled pick up date, or it will be cleared and discarded. No refunds, partial payments or credits will be applied for any pick-up related occurrence.
🍰Once your order leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for the happenings of your order. Please make sure you are following the attached “Care Instructions” to ensure the best outcome for your desserts. There will be no refunds after your order leaves my hands, please ensure you are satisfied with your order at the time of pick up.
📷Attached inspiration pictures will be used as a reference point, but I do not replicate other cake artist’s exact work. By agreeing to book with me, you are granting me permission to use creative freedom outside of name and age personalizations.
❌ In the event a customer needs to cancel, payments can be transferred and date can be rescheduled up to 6 months from the original requested date, if applicable. The order will be subject to any price increases that may have happened between placing the order and current pricing. Rescheduling can be done up to 3 days before the event. Anything after that will not be refunded and become non transferable. If cancellation happens on my behalf, full payment will be refunded and a 25% discount on your future order will be added to your account.
