🛒 How do I place an order?
Custom cakes, cupcakes, and desserts must be booked at least 2–3 weeks in advance. For weddings or large events, we recommend 4–6 weeks’ notice.
A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date, and the remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup or delivery.
👉 We do accept last-minute orders if our schedule allows; a $75 rush fee applies.

Failure to pay your remaining balance by the due date will result in immediate cancellation of your order.
If you wish to reinstate your order for the same event date, a $75 rush fee will be added to your total balance, provided That Bald Baker is still available to fulfill your order.

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel, you’ll receive a Baking Credit equal to the amount paid (excluding delivery fees).

🚗 Do you deliver?
Pickup is available in Roxbury, MA.
Delivery is $1.50 per mile, round trip (from our kitchen and back).
⏰ Late Pickup: Anything 30 minutes or less over the agreed pickup time will automatically incur an additional $25, unless communicated otherwise. Anything over 30 minutes is an additional $25 per half hour thereafter.
Once your order leaves our care, safe transport and storage are your responsibility.
