One of the hardest things I've ever had to do was bury my son Ja'Khi. Dealing with the grief and heartache sent me to a very dark place and I needed something that would keep me going for my oldest child. I began baking as a way to keep going, the pain didn't go anywhere, but the purpose was clear, Ja'Khi was sent to me to change my life in more ways than I could have ever imagined.

• 100% payment is due upon booking a week in advance from occasion

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refund or credit because ingredients and custom materials have already been purchased.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Refunds are only issued if we cancel the order or if we’re unable to fulfill it.

• Once an order is picked up or delivered, no refunds are given.

• Changes to size, flavor, or design must be requested at least 7 days before the event.

• Last-minute changes are not

guaranteed and may require extra fees.

• If an error is verified, a partial credit or replacement may be offered at my discretion.

• No credit or replacements can be given for cakes that were not stored properly, left in heat, or handled incorrectly after pickup

• Once cakes leave our possession, we’re not responsible for damage during transportation or setup if handled by the customer.

• We do not offer delivery, meet-ups, or mobile services.

• All orders must be picked up at the scheduled pickup location and time frame.
