Capabilities & Pricing
• Full payment is due at the time of booking and must be made at least one week in advance.
• Orders placed less than one week before the event will incur a $35 rush fee, which will be added to the total balance.
• All payments are non-refundable, unless we cancel or are unable to fulfill your order.
• Any order changes must be requested at least 5 days prior to pickup and may result in pricing adjustments.
• We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transportation or setup once the order has been picked up by the customer.
• Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon location and within the scheduled time frame.
