My name is Jill Pilon, and I am an avid baker dedicated to creating high quality, specialty baked goods. After discovering my own gluten intolerance years ago, I became inspired by the evolution of the gluten-free market and decided to contribute to this space myself. My goal is to create "free from" gluten confections that allow others to indulge without compromise. I want my customers to experience the same joy and satisfaction others have found in traditional baked goods, moving past the frustrations that often accompany dietary restrictions.
