Capabilities & Pricing
1. Orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance; rush orders (4 days or less) require full payment + rush fee. Upon submission of order, an invoice will be sent 24-48 hours later.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm any order. The remaining balance is due three days before the cake order is due.
3. Any orders under $100, must be paid in full.
3. Once a pickup time is set, late arrivals incur a $25 fee per hour you are late for pickup.
4. Once you leave with your cake, you are responsible for its care and transport.
5. All cakes should be placed on the floor of your car and immediately placed in the fridge once you've reach destination.
6. Cake pick up during the week starts at 6pm. Cake pick up on Saturday is from 9-11am and Sunday, 5-7pm. If you cannot meet the pickup day and time, pick up cake the day before.
