Hello💕 I'm Chantay. I am a self-taught baker/cake artist Located On the west side of Harlem,NY. I bake my products from home and I bake everything from scratch.

Pricing varies on design complexity
Deposits are due within 24-48 hours After placing an order request . All order request will be cancelled after 48 hours if no deposit is paid.

Policies
Deposit
All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the event date. Once deposit is paid your event date is secure/confirmed. The pickup address will be given to you when remaining balance is paid which must be paid 2 weeks prior to event date. No refunds will given in the event of cancellations or changes.
Rush Orders
Orders placed under my 4 week lead time are considered rush orders and will incur a $50 surcharge in addition to the price of the order. All rush orders MUST BE PAID IN FULL UPFRONT NO EXCEPTIONS!
Release of Liability
When picking up an order I am not liable for the order once it has been picked up & No Refunds are given I do everything in my power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile & can easily get messed up.
Late Pick Up
Please note that there is a 15 minute window for pick up. After 15 minutes there is a mandatory $25 late fee. To avoid this fee please be on time to pick up your order. If you are 15mins late or more You will then have to pay the late fee & pick up at my next availability, which may be the following day.
Cake Care After Pick Up
When handling cake, please hold the box from the bottom and not the sides. Cakes should be kept out of heat at all times! Please keep cake cool and/or refrigerated until 1 hour before serving guest . Keep away from direct Sunlight, moisture and heat when not in fridge. If traveling in car, You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. Cakes should be kept on the floor of your vehicle where it is flat (NEVER ON A SEAT OR ON SOMEONES LAP) and make sure your vehicle is fully air conditioned !! And again once cakes are out of my possession I am no longer responsible for any damages. Please Drive carefully and slowly.
