Terms and Conditions Please provide all pertinent information when placing your order so there are no gray areas on what you will receive. For NON RUSH ORDERS (more than 2 weeks notice) A non refundable deposit of 50% of your order total is due at the time of ordering to secure your spot with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to your event date by the end of the business day(5pm). Any orders needed 2 weeks or less from the time of ordering may be subject to a rush fee based on the size of the order and are due in full at the time of ordering. All orders will need to have a signed contract stating you agree to these terms. Orders will NOT be released to just anyone, only the Client or whoever is designated by the client. (ID must be provided). Deposits are not transferable! Delivery and/or setup is not included in treat prices and will be an additional charge unless specified otherwise. Pickup/Meeting locations & times will be provided to you 48 hours before your event time and at that time it should be known who is picking up your order. Any invoices left unpaid after 24 hours will be canceled and you may not be able to order through Tasty Pastries again. If any emergencies arise that are beyond my control (Acts of God) Tasty Pastries will not be responsible for any fees outside of the fees associated with your order. All sales are final as these are custom food items! **Please note all prices listed are base prices and a final quote will be provided based on your actual needs.
