Hi everyone! My name is Lia and I’ve been baking for 5 years. The truth is I never knew I could bake until 2020 hit. With that much free time and no motivation… I scrolled on TikTok a lot. One video I came across was a homemade brownie recipe, they looked so good that I wanted to give them a try. In the process of mixing the batter and melting the butter / chocolate I felt a peace that I couldn’t understand fully at that time. I realized that baking helped me to quiet out all the noise of life and focus more on God. I recognized Jesus really does love me and have a plan for my life. Now I simply want to share this gift He’s given me with others. I want to help people honor their bodies by showing them you can still have a sweet treat , but it doesn’t need to be loaded up with extra sugar. Tasteandseesweet hand makes all baked goods with minimally processed sugar. I use natural sweeteners such as honey and maple syrup in all of my products! Growing up I knew of God, but didn’t personally know Him. I went to church for holidays and believed in Him because of my parents. I can genuinely say in 2018 God started to truly reveal Himself to me. Not only did He transform my mom from being an alcoholic right in front of my eyes, but He revealed His peace to me. Growing up I struggled to find rest in my soul and physical body. I suffered from major anxiety that prevented me from sleeping at times. Reading the Bible out loud changed my life. I genuinely started to seek the Lord for myself. I kept asking for Jesus to come into my heart. My faith started to increase and one night The Holy Spirit baptized me and filled me. Since that night He’s been leading me and guiding me in all of my ways. I want to show others that Jesus is alive. God is not far away. When Jesus died on the cross He died to save us all from our sin. And when He rose from the grave and ascended back up to heaven, He left us with a gift. The Holy Spirit. My mission is to introduce others to a new life found in Jesus. The Holy Spirit heals, sets free, delivers, and still transforms people today. He is the Spirit of God. I want others to taste and see the goodness and mercy of God in the same way that I have. My life is a testimony that He cares about the reject and He gives purpose and so much hope in this dark and broken world.
