BAKERY POLICIES

Thank you for choosing Taste T Treats

To ensure a smooth experience for both parties, please review the following policies before placing your order.

1. ORDERS & BOOKING

• All orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance, depending on cake size and design.

• Orders are only confirmed once payment or the required deposit is received.

• Rush or last-minute orders may incur an additional fee and are subject to availability.

2. PAYMENTS

• Full payment or a non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure your date.

• Any remaining balance must be paid 72 hours before pickup or delivery, to avoid delay or cancellation of order.

• Production does not begin without FULL payment.

3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds are offered.

• Cancellations made before production may be eligible for a partial refund (deposit excluded).

• Date changes are subject to availability and approval.

4. DESIGN & CUSTOM CAKES

• All cakes are handcrafted. While inspiration photos are welcome, exact replicas are not guaranteed.

• Minor variations in color, size, or decoration may occur.

• By approving your design, you acknowledge and accept our creative interpretation.

5. PICKUP & DELIVERY

• Pickup times must be strictly adhered to.

• Late pickups may affect cake quality, especially for cream-based cakes.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

• If delivery is selected, fees are calculated based on location.

• Once the cake leaves our care, we are not responsible for damage caused by handling, transportation, or heat.

• Cream cakes should always be transported in air-conditioned vehicles.

6. CAKE CARE & STORAGE

• Buttercream and whipped cream cakes are heat-sensitive.

• Cakes should be refrigerated when not in use.

• We are not responsible for damage due to improper storage or heat exposure.

7. ALLERGIES & INGREDIENTS

• Please notify us of any allergies before placing your order.

• Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten.

8. COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS

• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, along with clear photos.

• Taste preferences (sweetness, flavor, etc.) are not grounds for refunds.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY
