To lock in your order date, 50% payment is required upfront and the remaining 50% is due 10 days prior to order due date. Once we’ve gone over all the details, I’ll send you an invoice with different payment options to make it easy.
Can you accommodate food allergies or intolerances?
Please note that I’m not able to accommodate specific food allergies. Although I am experienced in proper food safety, all of my treats are made in a home kitchen that uses ingredients like gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs, so cross-contact may occur. In line with Missouri cottage food laws, products are made in a private residence and are not inspected by the Department of Health and Senior Services.
How are the treats packaged?
Treats come packaged flat in a windowed pastry box. All cake pops come individually wrapped and labeled.
Do you deliver or ship?
Shipping is available for certain treats and only inside the state of Missouri. Shipping costs differ and will be passed onto the customer at an exact amount (no up charge added.)
Delivery is free up to 15 miles from my home in Crane, MO. Delivery further than 15 miles is available at $0.70/mile.

What is the pickup address?
If you choose to pickup your order, the location is in Crane, MO near Dodge Hollow Road and S Hemphill Avenue. The exact address will be provided once order is confirmed and paid in full.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
A 50% retainer fee is required to secure your order and date. This covers supplies, opportunity cost, and calendar reservation for your treats.
Orders canceled within a week of order due date are not eligible for a refund, since ingredients and prep are already underway.
Because all items are custom made, refunds are only issued if I am unable to fulfill your order.
RESCHEDULING: If you need to change your date, I’ll do my best to accommodate based on availability but nothing is guaranteed. PLEASE let me know ASAP if you need to reschedule your order.
How far in advance should I order?
In a perfect world all orders would come in at least 2 weeks in advance. However, I have a lead time of approx. 3 days for classic, simple, and small orders and a 4+ day lead time for custom and large orders. I occasionally have last-minute availability depending on what is needed, so feel free to reach out and ask!
Any order placed in less than a week will incur a $5 rush fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, ApplePay, and CashApp.
Do you make large event or bulk orders?
Yes! I love working on weddings, birthdays, graduations, and corporate events. Please reach out with details, and I’ll create a custom quote.
Do you take cake flavor requests?
Yes! There are many different flavors that can be turned into cake pops. I have recipes for so many flavors but if I listed all of them it would be a lot to include on a menu. Please ask to see what other flavors are available!
