📅 Important: All custom orders require advance notice. Holiday pricing and availability may vary.
There is a Deposit required to lock in date, which
will be taken from remaining balance that is due in full
at least 72 hours prior to order pickup date on certain orders.
All deposits are non-refundable. On larger orders deposits and full amount is due one week prior to week of event.
Any changes to the order will need to be submitted by a week before. Any
changes after this date will cost an additional fee. All orders that have not been confirmed and paid by due date of payments will be cancelled (several attempts to reach customer will be made before cancellation).
Policies
Ordering & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Deposits are applied toward the total order balance.
• Typical deposit: 20% of the total order
• Remaining balances must be paid in full at least 72 hours prior to pickup for standard orders.
• Large orders, catering orders, or holiday orders require full payment one week prior to the event date.
Orders not paid by the required deadline may be subject to cancellation after reasonable attempts to contact the customer.
Lead Time
• Standard lead time: Minimum of 7 days
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, based on availability.
• Holiday and peak-season availability may be limited.
Placing orders early is strongly recommended.
Design Details & Changes
All design details must be finalized at the time of booking.
• Changes must be requested no later than 7 days prior to pickup.
• Changes requested after this timeframe may incur additional fees and are not guaranteed.
• Last-minute design changes may be declined due to scheduling or preparation constraints.
Custom Orders
Custom cakes, digital image cakes, layered designs, and specialty requests are priced based on size, design complexity, and labor.
Final pricing will be confirmed before production begins.

This pickup location allows customers to conveniently add balloons, party supplies, and celebration bundles at the time of pickup.
