I asked Tammy to create a celebration cake that was gluten-free. It was colorful, beautiful, and great tasting! She was concerned about gluten-free being dry, so she made sure we could accommodate a pudding mix. It made all the difference in the world. This is your go-to baker for gluten-free treats. I have recently purchased an order of cupcakes from Tammy and the recipients of these cupcakes just raved about them. They are not only beautiful but moist, not overly sweet, & very chocolaty. The Peanut butter ones were "unusually delicious", said one of the recipients, "just enough peanut butter, not to overwhelm and very moist."
