Hi! I’m Sydney — the hands, heart, and sometimes the chaos behind all these cakes. I’m a wife, a mama, and someone whose life stays busy in the best and wildest ways.

I’m also the fifth generation in my family’s business, LA Express, and baking at Spillway Café is where this whole passion took off. It started with making cakes for family and friends, and now I get to create something special for so many different people and moments. Every cake is homemade, personal, and made with the same care I’d put into something for my own family.

So if you need something sweet for a birthday, baby shower, wedding, or even a random Tuesday I’d love to make it happen!

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due one week prior to pickup. Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received.
