Please allow 24-48hrs for a response about your order. If an order cannot be completed you will receive a deny request response. And if you receive an invoice you will be responsible for submitting a deposit or payment within 24 hours.
When are deposits due?
Once sweetz request is approved a 50% deposit is due within 24hrs. Otherwise request is canceled
What happens if my balance doesn't get paid by deadline?
If the balance isn't paid in full by the deadline the order will be canceled and refunded minus the $50 convenience fee for voluntary cancelation.
When can I pick up my order?
Weekend orders can be picked up between 9am-10am. Weekday orders can be picked up 6pm-7pm the day before order is due.
Failure to not pick up on time will result in a $25-$100 storage charge
What happens if my order is damaged during transport?
Please please please send a reliable person or yourself to pick up the order and follow the directions or orders provided by the baker/baker assistant. No refunds will be given due to negligence.
Due to our climate treat all orders carefully. Please refrigerate or keep all cakes in a cool environment until 45 minutes before needed
