I’m Olivia Gray~ I’m the owner and baker for ‘Sweetz By Olivia’! Each Item is made by hand out of my home kitchen.
I’ve always enjoyed baking and being in the kitchen. With lots and LOTS of practice and support from my family I’m finally confident enough to turn this little hobby of mine into a small business for everyone to try and enjoy!

1. All orders require a 50% *nonrefundable* deposit.
2. Final balance due should be paid prior to pickup, Unless paying with cash and discussed upon with [Baker].
3. I am NOT responsible for your order once it has been picked up.
4. Address for pickup will only be given once deposit is received.
Pickup Policies!

For delivery to your address, A fee of $5 per mile will be added to balance.
For pickup; Your order should be picked up on the date/time agreed on. All customers will be given a 20 minute grace period, any orders picked up after that will include an additional $10 late fee.
The late fee will also depend on how much time has passed since the original time slot discussed. If you are hours late, expect a larger late fee.
Well I do understand unexpected things happen, My time is just as valuable as yours. So please, Try to be on time or communicate if you’ll be running behind
