PLEASE READ ENTIRELY BEFORE BOOKING. A deposit being made means you agree to SweeTy’s Treats LLC terms. Non refundable deposits are 50% of your order of $100 plus or full payment if order is $99.99 or less and due no later than 1- 2 weeks of your event (unless I approve otherwise) as long as the date is available. Dates will NOT be held without a deposit. Order’s placed less than 1 week will require a rush fee of $50 that will be added to your total cost. NEXT DAY ORDERS will require a rush fee of $100 NO EXCEPTIONS. Orders placed in the same week will require full payment at the time of booking. Deposits are on a first come, first serve, and NONREFUNDABLE credits can be applied to a future order should you need to cancel. Orders already placed with a deposit requesting a date change for an earlier date will be charged $50. SweeTy’s Treats LLC schedule is made weeks in advance and will have to be altered to accommodate you. FINAL PAYMENTS are due 1 week BEFORE pickup/drop off date, NO EXCEPTIONS! Failure to complete payment on time will result in order cancellation. LATE FEE Pickup time is scheduled at the time your deposit is paid, there is a $30 fee for every 30mins you’re late. Please be advised that’s after 24hrs you forfeit your order. When SweeTy’s Treats deliver, we like to know BEFORE time so that all can go smooth. What time is arrival, destination of setup, and who do we speak to in charge. We like to start on time, and if for ANY reason we can’t we are NOT responsible for running late. We are only able to set up in the window given due to other events we must attend. We understand things can get chaotic, but we must keep in mind that we have other events/orders that sometimes require our delivery, so timing is everything to us. Please keep in mind that when showing us images of other cake artist work, we are NOT that original artist and do NOT COPY!! We will take inconsideration of what your ideas are and get as close to what you’re wanting. All SALES ARE FINAL, and there are no refunds.
