Payment and Pick-up: • Payment required within 24hours of receiving your invoice. • If the client fails to make payment, date is not secure and the order will be canceled. No exceptions. •unless otherwise discussed, all weekend orders are to be picked up on Fridays 11pm-5:30pm or Saturday mornings 10am-12pm, no later. Order Details: •Flavors, quantity, and inspiration photos need to be determined when the order is placed. Changes can be requested but cannot be guaranteed, and there may be an additional charge! •Any changes must be submitted 5 days before the pickup date. Any changes made afterward may be incorporated at the discretion of Sweettops. •Icing colors may vary. I'll do my best to match the colors as close as I can, but colors can vary based on many reasons outside of my control. Placing an order with me means that you agree that the colors may vary from inspiration photos and invitations. •There is a one dozen minimum on cookies. Rush Fee: •A rush fee of $20 will be added to your total if you order less than 2 weeks before your event date. Unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand. Liability: •Sweettops is not responsible for any damage to the goods/services provided caused by anyone outside of Sweettops. Allergy & Dietary Warnings: * Sweettops products contain, and/or are made in a kitchen, which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time. •The client is responsible for pointing out to guests’ potential allergy hazards. Content: * Sweettops reserves the right to use all photographs, videos, and other content of the custom order for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually.
