Any and ALL Orders that are placed less than 7days from the pick up date needed, WILL HAVE a minimum last min order fee of $20-$25

Orders less than 7 days away will require half of the balance when placing the order

Orders 4 days or less away will require FULL payment when placing the order

Designs Are LIMITED when placing a last minute Order

No EXCEPTIONS

By placing an order with SweetTooth Kitchen , you AGREE to the following CONTRACT RULES:

1. Payment & Retainers: All orders require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date and are DUE no less then 48 hours after invoice is sent if not paid within 48 hours your order will be CANCELLED‼️‼️ & Remaining balances must be paid 3 days before pickup. IF NOT PAID within 3 days of the pickup date your order WILL BE CANCELLED and retainer will NOT be refunded.

2. Liability: SweetTooth Kitchen is not responsible for ANY damage, loss, or issues AFTER the cake leaves our kitchen, including transportation damage, mishandling, or improper storage.

3. Custom Cakes: We strive to match requested designs, but exact duplication is not guaranteed.

4. Allergies & Ingredients: Customers must notify us of allergies. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

5. Pickup & Delivery: Customers are responsible for safe transport! Cakes must be placed on a FLAT cool surface on car floor NOT SEAT. If damage is done during transport due to lack of care we are NOT responsible for any damages and will not dispute a refund for order .

6. Refunds: Refunds are NOT provided for change of mind, post-pickup damage, or dissatisfaction with design/color/flavor.

7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.

At Sweet Tooth Kitchen, all custom orders require a non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date.

Please read the following carefully to avoid cancellation:

📌 Retainer Due Within 48 Hours

Once your invoice is sent via text message/email, the retainer fee must be paid within 48 hours.

If the retainer is not received within that timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled and the date will be released to the next client.

📌 Non-Refundable Retainer

The retainer fee is non-refundable, but it is applied toward your final balance.

📌 Repeat Offenders

Clients who repeatedly fail to pay their retainer on time may be restricted from future bookings with Sweet Tooth Kitchen.

Our standard pickup window is 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM.

⏰ VIP Early Pickup

If you need to pick up before 12:00 PM, a $15 VIP early pickup fee will apply.

⏰ Late Pickup

If you need to pick up after 6:30 PM, a $15 late pickup fee will apply.

We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us maintain a smooth schedule and provide the best service possible.

Sweet Tooth Kitchen does not offer refunds of any kind.

All payments, including retainers and final balances, are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Please review your order carefully BEFORE submitting payment, as all sales are FINAL.

We operate on a tight schedule, so we kindly ask that all orders be picked up on time.

⏰ 30 Minutes Late

If an order is picked up more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time, a $20 late pickup fee will be applied. which MUST be paid before receiving your order.

⏰ Over 1 Hour Late

Orders over an hour late are considered a missed pickup. At that point, we will resume our day, and the order will need to be picked up at our convenience. And a $25 late pick up fee will be applied which MUST be paid before receiving your order.

Once your cake flavor, theme/design, and pickup time are confirmed, they cannot be changed.

No adjustments to colors, designs, flavors, or pickup arrangements will be accepted. (Unless approved by Owner)

All orders are planned and prepped in advance, so requests for changes will be declined.

Repeated attempts to alter your order may result in cancellation with no retainer refund.
