Capabilities & Pricing
•Ordering Requirements
All orders must be submitted through the official SweetTees Treats & More website. Orders submitted through social media messages, text messages, phone calls, or verbal communication will not be accepted.
Submission of an order request does not guarantee acceptance. An order is not considered confirmed until it has been reviewed, approved, and payment requirements have been satisfied.
•Payment Policy
SweetTees Treats & More operates as a cashless business.
Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances. All deposits and final payments must be made through the approved payment methods available on the website.
Customers are responsible for submitting the exact invoice amount due. Requests involving cash payments, partial payments outside of approved arrangements, or payment discrepancies may result in order cancellation.
•Deposits
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the order total is required to secure all orders.
Deposits must be received within 48 hours of order approval. Failure to submit the required deposit within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the order request.
No supplies, ingredients, or preparation work will be purchased or started until the required deposit has been received and confirmed.
•Order Lead Times
Same-day orders are not accepted.
A minimum notice period may be required depending on the size and complexity of the order. Large custom orders, party packages, and specialty cakes must be booked at least two (2) weeks in advance.
•Pickup & Delivery
Once a pickup or delivery time has been scheduled and confirmed, changes cannot be guaranteed and may not be accommodated.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup or delivery.
Orders will not be released until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
•Product Information
Pricing is determined by design complexity, customization, quantity, and product selection.
Customers are encouraged to provide detailed order information to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Cheesecake bars require a minimum setting and freezing period of 12–24 hours due to their specialty preparation process.
•Cancellations & Policy Enforcement
Failure to comply with any business policy may result in cancellation of the order.
SweetTees Treats & More reserves the right to refuse service, decline orders, or cancel bookings when policies are not followed.
These policies are established to protect business operations, scheduling, product quality, and customer service standards. No exceptions will be made unless approved directly by management.
