Orders must be placed 2 weeks in advance. Orders placed less than 2 weeks of needing them, require full payment. Orders $50 and under require full payment. 50% non-refundable deposit is required for orders more then $50. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the pickup/ delivery date. *NO DEPOSIT NO ORDER* Orders placed within 5 days of needing them will incur a $10 rush fee. Orders placed within 3 days of needing them will incur a $20 rush fee. Deposit must be paid within 48 hrs of receiving invoice. Please allow up to 48 hrs for me to confirm your order. I will NOT replicate another creators work meaning I do require some creative freedom. Pickup date/time are final. If you’re going to be late, please let me know as soon as possible. Orders are made specifically for you so NO REFUNDS.

Delivery is available for an additional fee depending on location. Pick up/ Delivery hours: Monday- Saturday 8am- 4pm Sunday: 8am-12pm I DO NOT deliver to the Peninsula. ( Hampton, Newport News, etc.)
