💵 Payment & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all custom orders

• Remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cash App, and Apple Pay

🚚 Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup available in Rochester, NY (exact location shared after order confirmation)

• Delivery offered for a small fee: $5–$10, depending on location

📅 Turnaround Time

Please place your order with at least:

• 4–5 days notice for small/basic orders

• 1 week for custom or themed orders

• 2 weeks or more for catering, full cakes, or large event orders

Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability (rush fee may apply).
