How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend ordering as early as possible. Availability is limited, and popular items may sell out.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, select items offer customization. Custom options and pricing will be listed in the item description. Please message us before ordering for special requests.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
At this time, we offer local pickup only. Delivery and shipping are not available.
Where are you located?
We are a local home bakery on Kingwood, Texas. Pickup details and address will be provided after your order is confirmed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments are processed through Bakesy at checkout.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Due to the nature of made-to-order baked goods, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. If something comes up or dates change we can offer a store credit.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
We are not an allergy-free kitchen. Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy.
What happens if I miss my pickup time?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders not picked up during the scheduled window may be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Do you accept last-minute orders?
We do not guarantee last-minute availability. All orders are subject to current capacity and posted deadlines.
Do you sell out?
Yes! Items are baked in limited quantities and may sell out without notice.
