• Pricing varies based on the final design and order details.

• A minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice is required.

Depending on availability, rush orders may be accommodated.

• Orders under $100 require full payment at the time of booking.

• Orders over $100 require a 50% non-refundable retainer.

The remaining balance is due one week prior to the scheduled pickup date.

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

• Retainers are non-refundable.

• Once an order has left our possession, we are no longer responsible for the product.

• Retainers may be refunded within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, retainers may be applied as a credit toward a future order.

Rescheduled Events

• Events may be rescheduled up to three (3) weeks before the original date, subject to availability.

• Reschedules made with less than three weeks’ notice will incur a $30 rescheduling fee.
