Capabilities & Pricing
*NO REFUNDS
*Certain food allergies are subject to a order decline. I do not work in allergy free environment.
Order Policy:
*Full payment is required for orders under $40, holiday week orders, sale items, promo card users, and free gift users.
*For orders over $40, a 50% deposit is required.
*Remaining payments are due by Friday at 6 pm for Saturday or Sunday pickups. If payment is not made, the order will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited unless no ingredients have been purchased, in which case a promo card with the balance may be offered.
*For orders with full cakes, banana pudding, and cookie boxes, and custom treats, the remaining balance must be paid by Wednesday for Saturday or Sunday pickups. BUT If you are ordering after Wednesday, I may still accept your order if ingredients are on hand and my schedule permits.
*You can pay the full balance at once if you prefer but Deposits are due once the order is confirmed via invoice.
*Rush orders placed the day prior to expected pickup require full payment once the order is accepted.
