Are you a certified baker?
Yes! I am a certified Food Protection Manager and have allergen awareness and food handler certifications. I also have a food establishment license. Iâm continuously working on more certifications to prepare for opening my own bakery/cafĂŠ in the future.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by clicking ârequest orderâ on my website!! Please be sure to specify every detail in the comments section or send me a detailed dm!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due the day before pickup/delivery.
Full payments are also an option!
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available for an additional fee based on distance(worcester only).
Delivery must be discussed before order is placed to ensure it can be made!
Pickup is always free and preferred!
What allergens are in your baked goods?
My treats may contain common allergens like wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. If you have specific concerns, let me know when placing your order.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders canceled at least 2 weeks in advance may be eligible for a PARTIAL refund. Deposits and fees are non-refundable
Last minute cancellation may not be accepted for any refund especially if itâs 48 hours before pick up day!
What if I need to reschedule my order?
I understand things happen, If you need to change your order date, let me know as soon as possible. (Preferably no sooner than a week) Iâll do my best to accommodate based on my availability.
How far in advance should I place my order?
For ALL orders, I recommend booking at least 2â3 weeks in advance, especially for holidays or large events. Last-minute orders may be accepted depending on availability.
