You can place an order by sending me the size, flavor, filling, theme, and pick-up/delivery date. Once I have all the details, I’ll send you a final quote.
How far in advance should I order?
I recommend placing your order 5–7 days in advance. Large or detailed orders may require more time. Last minute orders depend on availability, but there is a squeeze in fee.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. For all orders totaling $35 or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and date.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid in full the day before pickup, no later than 7:30 PM.
What happens if I don’t pay the remaining balance on time?
If the final payment is not received by the deadline, your order will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
Can I pay in full upfront?
Yes! You are always welcome to pay the full amount at the time of booking.
Will I receive reminders for payment?
A reminder may be sent as a courtesy, but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all payments are made on time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
(Apple Pay does include a small fee.)
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available at $1 per mile round trip. If you’re okay with the fee, I’m happy to make the drive.
Where are you located for pick ups?
Pick ups are in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The exact location is sent after the order is confirmed.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
All deposits are non refundable. However, if the order has not been started, the amount can be credited toward a future order.
Once the order is started, no credit or refund can be given.
What size cakes do you offer?
4 inch, 4 inch, 2 layer, 5 inch, 6 inch, 7 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch
- each size already includes 2 layers
(Prices vary depending on add ons, flavor, filling, and extra layers .)
What flavors do you offer?
Vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, strawberry, tres leches, Funfetti, Oreo and more upon request. ( some flavors may have a surcharge )
What fillings do you offer?
No extra charge: Buttercream and whipped cream
Surcharge: Chocolate Ganache, White Chocolate Ganache, Strawberries, Strawberry Jam, Nutella, Dulce De Leche, Funfetti, Oreo, Biscoff, Peanut Butter
How long can the cake stay out?
Cakes can stay out for several hours, but should be kept cool.
Whipped cream cakes should be refrigerated until serving.
Do you offer other sweet treats?
Yes! I also offer cupcakes, cheesecakes, mini cheesecakes, mini cakes, chocolate covered strawberries, and more, depending on availability and theme. Feel free to ask if you need additional treats for your event!
