How far in advance should I book?
Orders must be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.
New messages typically receive a response within 3 days.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, rush orders may be accepted based on availability.
A $50 rush fee applies for orders booked with less than 3 days’ notice.
Orders booked within 2 days will automatically incur the rush fee once availability is confirmed.
What days are available for pickup?
Pickup is not available Tuesday–Thursday unless discussed and approved in advance.
All pickup times will be confirmed once the order is finalized and prep day is scheduled.
💳 Payments
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup.
A notification invoice will be sent to finalize payment.
What payment methods do you accept?

If none of these are available, I can issue a cash invoice and schedule a time to collect both the deposit and final payment.

🚗 Delivery
Yes, delivery is available.
$15 delivery fee + $1.75 per mile
Please provide the delivery address when placing your order so pricing can be added to your final invoice.
Can I change pickup to delivery later?
Yes, but an additional $10 fee will apply if pickup is changed to delivery within 2 days of the confirmed date.
🔥 Rush Order Policy
A $20 rush fee applies to all orders booked within 1 day of the requested date, pending availability.
🔄 Refund & Error Policy
Due to a full schedule and detailed preparation process, all sales are final once confirmed.
Any errors must be addressed at pickup.
If a major error occurs on my end (flavor, frosting, or theme), the issue will be corrected promptly or a product credit will be applied toward a future order.
Once items are picked up and no issue is mentioned, no refunds will be issued.
⚠️ If no flavor is specified at the time of ordering, vanilla will be used by default. No refunds will be given for this reason.
