Absolutely! You can request your toppings on the side when placing your order.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing your order at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes! A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. Your order will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Your 50% deposit goes toward your total purchase. The remaining balance is due at pickup.
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes! Deposits are fully refundable when cancellations are made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup are nonrefundable. However, as a one-time courtesy, you may choose to transfer your 50% deposit toward a future order instead of forfeiting it.

Do you offer pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Grand Prairie, TX. Pickup details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
What are your pickup hours?
To ensure every order is freshly prepared and ready for you, pickups are available during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: By appointment only, based on availability.
All pickups must be scheduled in advance.
Can I pick up my order before 5 PM?
Unfortunately, weekday pickups are not available before 6:00 PM due to my regular work schedule. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business!
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on your location and our availability.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees vary based on distance. Send us your delivery area for a quote!
What if I’m running late for pickup?
Life happens! Please notify me as soon as possible if you’re running late. Pickup outside the scheduled window is not guaranteed and may need to be rescheduled.
Does churro cheesecake need to be refrigerated?
Yes! Because our cheesecake contains dairy, it must be kept refrigerated at 40°F or below.
How long does churro cheesecake stay fresh?
For the best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying it within 3–4 days when properly refrigerated.
Can I freeze my churro cheesecake?
Yes! Churro cheesecake can be frozen in an airtight, freezer-safe container. For best results, freeze it without fresh strawberry toppings and thaw it in the refrigerator.
