Whilst I aim to respond almost immediately, most days I’m busy in the kitchen and respond to orders and enquiries at the end of the business day. Please allow 24-48 hours for me to view and accept or decline your order.
This gives me time to review my availability and capability to account for your order.
If you have not received a response within 48 hours, please reach out via Instagram or Email.

Why is the 50% deposit required?
Upon approving your order, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Deposits are required to be paid within 48 hours of booking approval, to secure your spot.
If your deposit is not received, your spot opens up to someone else and I can no longer guarantee availability on your required date.
A deposit ensures me you’re serious about your order and deters no shows. This also allows me to shop and prepare for your order, stress free about no shows.
The 50% deposit is non negotiable.
I need to cancel my order, can I get my deposit back?
Cancellations made within 2 weeks prior to your booking date, are no longer refundable.
By this point, I have prepared and shopped for your order. I’ve booked out my calendar accounting for your booking, and may no longer be able to fill that spot.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Unfortunately this is something I’m no longer offering.
While I’d love to accommodate all requests, Sweets By C is not an allergen-free kitchen. I work with ingredients that may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. As a result, I’m unable to offer options for specific dietary restrictions at this time. Your safety is a top priority, and I appreciate your understanding!
Do you offer delivery?
At this time, Sweets By C does not offer delivery. All orders are available for pickup only at the designated location provided upon booking confirmation.

Do you accept last minute orders?
I understand that things come up!
Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and will incur an additional fee. Please reach out directly via Email or Instagram to check if your date can be accommodated.
Are you registered and insured?
Yes!
Sweets By C is fully registered and operates out of a council registered kitchen located in Kilsyth, and is covered for public liability.
Happy to provide proof of certificate of currency.
What payment methods do you accept?
All deposits must be paid via bank transfer/PayID to secure your spot.
Upon collection, payment options are cash, bank transfer/PayID or payment via square (tap only at this current time) with a 1.6% charge.
Please note: payments are to be made in FULL before the goods leave the premises.
If someone is collecting on your behalf, please make sure the balance is paid prior to pick up, or they have one of above payment options available.
No payment, no goods. This is a solid, non-negotiable rule that I have had to enforce.
