All orders and/or inquiries must be submitted using the order form to receive a quote. Sweets By Adriana requires a 2 week minimum notice for all orders, with a deposit to confirm your booking. If a client would like to place an order after the minimum 2 weeks required notice, a rush fee will be applied, and the amount of the rush fee will depend on the order. Please ensure all order details, personal information, spelling of names, collection/delivery dates, and times are correct. The event date is the day your order will be available for pickup. For delivery, please be sure to add an address and preferred delivery time. Delivery fees are calculated by time and distance. Attach any inspirational photos. Sweets by Adriana make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake/treat decorators. Exact copies, design, colors, etc., are not guaranteed. Inquiries will be answered via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Submitting this form does not book your order. Sweets By Adriana requires a 50% non-refundable retainer fee within 24 hours your quote is issued to reserve your date. Please allow for up to 48 business hours for a reply.
