My kitchen is an inspected, licensed commercial kitchen that is not a gluten-free or nuts-free facility. If you concern about cross contamination, please be advised to avoid my products.

< Price >

It varies on design complexity and sizes, and a custom cookies set begins at $66 per dozen.

< Minimum & Maximum order >

Minimum 12, Maximum 300.

< Lead Time >

2 to 4 weeks in advance.

< Deposit >

50% of non-refundable deposit will be required to save your date.

*Your order will be automatically canceled when the deposit is not paid on your due day.

< Rush Orders and Fee >

$12 of rush fee "per dozen" will be incurred when you place an order within 5 business days.

*Full payment will be required when you place an order.

< Order Rejection >

Any orders placed within 4 business days won't be accepted.

< Design discussion >

Please be sure in your message to include your theme, theme colors and ideas. Once I receive your deposit, we will discuss and finalize your order requests.

< Payment >

Final payment is due on your pickup day.

< Pickup Schedule >

I will confirm the date and time when we discuss the design details.

* A small fee will be added if you change your pickup schedule for the last minute.

< Refund >

When you have issues, I will be able to refund. Please bring the cookies back to me. No cookies, no refunds.
