A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Your order is not confirmed until deposit is received. Final payment is due 3 days before order due date. Payment must be made by 12pm unless otherwise discussed. Failure to make payment on time will result in order cancellation.

1. Subscription Agreement: By subscribing to our monthly cookie box, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Subscription Details:
Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the 5th unless canceled.
You will receive a box of cookies on or around the same day each month. For local customers you may choose between pick up, delivery, or shipping.
Shipping has a minimum of 12 cookies!
Shipping or delivery is included in the subscription price.
For local pick up and delivery customers: Receive a 15% discount after every 3 months of consecutive subscription that can be redeemed for any future purchase.
Shipping customers: Receive a 40% discount on your cookie box after every 3 months of consecutive subscription
3. Payment:
You must choose Square Pay as your payment method and save a card on file.
Your subscription fee will be charged to your credit card on file on the 5th on a monthly basis.
If your payment fails, we will attempt to re-charge your card the following day. If we are unable to process payment, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
4. Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for canceled subscriptions.
5. Cookies:
The types of cookies included in each box will vary by the month.
If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
6. Ship or Delivery:
We will ship or deliver your cookie box to the address provided at the time of signup.
If you need to change your address, please notify us in advance.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
7. Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your subscription.
Your sole remedy in the event of a dispute is to cancel your subscription.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
