Sweetly Crafted & Catered By La’Shaye How do I place an order? Orders can be placed by contacting Sweetly Crafted & Catered By La’Shaye through social media or my bakesy link. Please include the event date, number of guests, menu selections, and location so we can provide an accurate quote. How far in advance should I book? I recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for catering and treat tables. Larger events may require additional notice to ensure availability. Is a deposit required? Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. When is the remaining balance due? The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon. What payment methods do you accept? I currently accept: • Apple Pay • Cash App ($JustSweetlyCrafted21) Do you offer delivery? Yes, delivery may be available depending on the location and size of the order. Delivery fees will be included in your quote. Do you offer event setup for treat tables? Yes! I offer treat table and dessert display setups for special events. This service must be requested when booking so proper arrangements can be made. Can I customize my order? Absolutely! Many of my desserts, treats, and catering menus can be customized to match your event theme, colors, or flavor preferences. Do you accept last-minute orders? Last-minute orders may be accepted depending on availability. Full payment is required upfront and a $75 rush fee will apply. Do you accommodate food allergies? My kitchen handles common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Do you offer tastings? Tastings may be available for larger catering events or specialty dessert orders. Please inquire for availability and pricing. What happens if I need to cancel my order? All deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs 7 or more days before the event, payments made beyond the deposit may be applied to a future order within 90 days, depending on availability.
