Taste Preferences: We understand that taste can be subjective and may vary from person to person. While we do our best to ensure our treats are enjoyable and true to their flavor descriptions, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preferences. We encourage customers to communicate any dietary restrictions, Flavor sensitivities, or preferences PRIOR to ordering so we can help guide you towards the best options! Order Accuracy & Quality: If you believe there is a mistake with your order or a concern regarding product quality (wrong items, missing items, something that doesn’t meet our standards), please notify us within 24 hours of pick up or delivery. We may request photos or the return of product in question in order to evaluate your concern. If an error was made on our end, we will gladly make it right through one of the following: • Store Credit • Partial or Full replacement of product • A Discount on a future order • NO Full cash refunds - Deposits are non refundable.
