Once you receive your order from us, we recommend to transfer it to an airtight container and leaving it in the fridge until it is intended to be eaten. Check below for different ways to store your brownie and cookies. 𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌 𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 - Store up to 7 days 𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐆𝐄- Store up to 2 weeks 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐙𝐄𝐑 - Store up to 1-2 months (must be well wrapped) We recommend leaving the brownies at room temperature for 3 hours before serving.

From fridge, microwave for 30 seconds and leave one minute to rest before eating. From frozen, microwave for one minute and leave one minute to rest before eating.

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know by sending us message via our social media accounts (facebook/Instagram) or email us at (sweetbitesbykd@gmail.com) 24 hours prior to pick up/ delivery, and we will give you a full refund. We can't refund any orders on the day of delivery/pick up, as we bake to order, so your order would have already been prepared.
