- To ensure timely fulfillment and avoid any disruptions, I require payment at least 3 days prior to your scheduled delivery. This helps guarantee your order is completed on time and also helps minimize no-show instances. As I dedicate a great deal of time and effort into each order, I want to ensure my time and resources are properly accounted for.
- If paying by cash, payment is due at the time of delivery and this is the only instance where I accept payment on the day of service.
- For orders over $100, a deposit of $50 will be required to confirm your reservation.
- I offer delivery services only on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays as of now. For safety and convenience, deliveries are preferred to be conducted in a public location.
Order Limitations
- As a home bakery, I can only accommodate a limited number of orders each week. Since I operate as a one-person business in addition to full-time employment, I kindly ask that you provide at least a month and a half's notice for specific dates/large orders. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding.
- For regular size orders I ask that you request at least a week and a half in advance.
