When ordering please allow 24-48 for me to respond. Once invoices are sent out there is a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that is due 24 hours after invoices are recieved. If the deposit is not paid after 24 hours your order invoice will be cancelled and you will have to book again. • Remaining balances are due 48 hours before your order is to be receive. • I offer pickup, delivery and meetup. I have three set meetup locations below: Sheetz (2840 Johnstown Rd), Kroger (850 S. Hamilton Rd), Giant Eagle (2900 Stelzer Rd) • When picking up please arrive on time at the scheduled time. If you are running late or need to change your pickup time please text me and notify as I have other customers who will be picking up as well. • I don't offer refunds, Sweet T’s will put a credit towards your next order in the event of a cancellation. Refunds are only offered if I need to cancel but only the remaining balance will be refunded and not the deposit. In the event of a no call no show you will not be able to place a future order until the previous order is paid and resolved. • For larger orders please order at least 3 weeks in advance. This gives me ample time to have everything that may need to be ordered or made. • Lastly, any damages that are done to the cake once it is out of my possession/care is not my responsibility. Each order will include a care card for proper care after your order is out of my possession to ensure your cake stays beautiful!
