Shipping Date All orders received will be shipped Tuesdays with USPS 2-3 day delivery shipping method to avoid extended time in transit, and to ensure that our product arrive as fresh as possible. All desserts are made to order to ensure freshness. We DO NOT stockpile our products. All orders will be shipped the Tuesday after placement. Sweet Treats By Naa is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carrier, adverse or unpredictable weather conditions. We recommend placing your order in advance of the desired ship date to avoid potential delays. Sweet Treats By Naa is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Packaging In order to preserve the quality of our products, we take extra precautions to carefully pack your order into insulated containers with reusable non-toxic liquid ice pack, which maintains optimal temperature during transit. Ice packs will not be frozen upon arrival. Desserts not requiring cooling are packed with adequate cushioning to prevent damage. Delivery Cold serve desserts should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. Sweet Treats by Naa is not responsible for any damage to products once delivered. All customers will receive tracking information once shipped. Customers are responsible for tracking packages and being present at time of delivery. Desserts should be brought in immediately after delivery and not be left out in extreme temperatures. Returns Our desserts are perishable and not eligible for return.
