Sweet Treats By Ky specializes in creating delicious, beautifully designed chocolate-covered treats and custom cakes for any special celebration or occasion. From birthdays and baby showers to weddings and special events, we create sweet treats made to make every moment extra special. 🎂🍓🍫✨

🍰 Rush Fee

To ensure we have enough time to properly prepare and create your order, rush fees will apply to orders placed close to the requested date:

* 1–2 weeks before your order date: $40 rush fee

* Less than 1 week before your order date: $80 rush fee

Rush orders are accepted based on availability.

💕 Booking Retainer

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your order and reserve your date on our baking schedule.

Your order will not be booked, confirmed, or placed into production until the required retainer or full payment has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment deadline provided for your order.

5-6 days for large orders.

All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. If an order is canceled, the retainer will not be refunded or applied toward another order/date.

⏰ Last-Minute Orders

Last-minute cake and treat orders must be paid in full at the time of booking, including any applicable rush fees.

🎨 Custom Designs

PLEASE READ: Sweet Treats By Ky will not recreate or make an exact copy of another baker’s work.

You are more than welcome to send inspiration photos! Your photos will be used as inspiration to create a custom design just for your celebration. We can also work together to create something completely unique.

Pickup Location: Jacksonville,FL

Pickup Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

💓 All orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon pickup time. A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order has been picked up and leaves the possession of Sweet Treats By Ky, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during transportation, handling, storage, or setup.

🧾 Invoices & Payments

Invoices are valid for 24 hours. Payment must be received within this timeframe to secure your order.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled, and availability will be given to the next customer.

*All balances are due 3 days prior to your event, order will be canceled if not paid. You can not pick up until the remaining balance is paid in full. The pick up address will be sent once the balance is paid.
