Capabilities & Pricing
At Sweet Treats By Keke, we strive to provide high quality, custom made treats while ensuring a smooth ordering process for our customers. Please review our Policies before placing an order.
CUSTOM ORDERS
• All custom orders require a minimum 5-day notice to ensure availability.
• Orders placed with less than 48 hours notice are considered rush orders and will incur an additional rush fee ( starting at $10 )
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Remaining balance is due at pickup or at delivery.
• We accept Cash, Cashapp, and Apple Pay for Payments.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
• Order modifications ( flavors, designs, quantities) Must be requested at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery.
• Orders canceled within 72 hours of pickup: delivery will not be refunded.
PICKUP & DELIVERY
• Pickup is available in Suffolk, Va at a designated location. The exact address will be provided upon order confirmation.
• Please arrive on time for your pickup.
• Local Delivery is available for an additional fee, starting at $5 (based on location)
• Customers must be present at the delivery location at the scheduled time. If we are unable to deliver due to no response, a redelivery fee will apply.
PRODUCT QUALITY & ALLERGIES
• All treats are made fresh to order with high quality ingredients.
• Our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
• Once treats leave our possession, we are not responsible for damages due to improper handling or storage.
HOLIDAY & SEASONAL ORDERS
• Holiday orders fill up quickly! We recommend placing orders at least 2 weeks in advance for major holidays.
• Full Payment is required at the time of booking for holiday orders.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been picked up or delivered.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.
