Policy, Procedures , & Refunds
BUSINESS HOURS ARE MON.- THURS. 12PM-9PM All Orders should be placed on my website ** A 5 day notice is REQUIRED for all custom cake orders. ** ALL REMAINING BALANCES is due the DAY BEFORE Pickup, to guarantee a smooth pickup. ** If you do not see your date requested available please feel free to contact me via DM or Messenger to see if I can or can not accommodate your request with a late convenience fee added. Any orders I accept outside a 1 weeks notice may incur an additional late convenience fee charge. Upon placing your order a 50% deposit is REQUIRED to secure that date you've requested. If a deposit is not paid your order will be CANCELLED and WILL NOT BE MADE. ** All cake prices are quoted differently by cake complexities and size. Custom Cake toppers, Edible Images, and etc. excludes prices on website. They are listed as extras. Service Fee: $5.00 added Customer has 24 Hours To Pick Up Order for Guaranteed Freshness. If booking less than 5 days away from service date, your full payment is due when ordering. ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS FAULT IS ON OWNER.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your order and be refunded your deposit. Please do so at least 5 days before your order pickup date, Any cancellations less than 5 days notice is NON refundable!

Pickup Policy
You will receive a confirmation text from me the day before the pickup date. I will text the number on file to confirm pickup time and send pickup address. PLEASE BE ON TIME. AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED IN YOUR POSSESSION I AM NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTS! Located in Olive Branch, Mississippi
