1.) 50% Deposit is required at booking.

2.) Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

3.) Order dates are NOT secured without a deposit.

4.) Quotes & Deposits are made custom per order.

5.) Final Payments are due BEFORE picking up your order.

6.) Props & Toppers are NOT included in Menu Price

7.) Changing/Adding to the design no longer honors the original quote price.

8.) Cake designs cannot be changed after 3 days before pick up (price is subject to change when design changes)

9.) Changes to orders have to be agreed upon by both parties and also depend on availability.

10.) Rushed orders for cakes (at least 2 days notice) will most likely not be accepted.

11.) Last Minute orders [WEEKENDS *ONLY*] (orders placed within the same week of the WEEKEND pick up date) will have a $20 rush fee. (Pending availability)

12.) Please be on time to pick up all orders. If you must be late, please let contact STG asap.

13.) Mini fridge pick ups must be picked up in a timely manner unless agreed upon otherwise.

14.) Sweet Treats is NOT responsible for the order after pick up.

15.) Care Instructions will be sent with each order.

16.) ALL orders will be photographed and used for content.

17.) A full refund is ONLY available in the event that STG has to cancel.

18.) Disrespect & profanity will not be tolerated. Doing so will result in no longer be eligible for a refund at all or placing future orders with STG.

19.) Any questions that were not addressed on Bakesy can be answered via Facebook Messenger.
