I really do love her and her work. Out of everything that could go wrong on the day- heck the night before my birthday, the cake did the mother fluffing thing!! She personified my idea in an unreal way. Plus, babygirl “Ribbon Color Coordination” is on point. Yep, money well spent and delivert! 🤣💖♌️

I loved the cake Chivonne made for my birthday. It was so pretty and everyone enjoyed the French vanilla flavor. Will definitely only be getting my desserts from her from now on!!

While the cake itself tasted good, my overall experience was disappointing. The baker made the cake with the wrong flavor, which was a major issue since the flavor was clearly specified in advance and the birthday girl hated the flavor that was made. When I brought this up, there was initial resistance with making accommodations for the mistake that was made, which made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be. Eventually, compensation was offered, but it was very minimal considering the mistake and the inconvenience caused. A better response and more reasonable resolution would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, due to the lack of accountability and poor customer service handling, I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again.
