Cake Care

Carry your cake by placing your hands on the bottom of the box. Do not carry from the sides.

Ensure the cake is level at all times during storage, travel, and display.

Transport the cake in the air conditioned part of your vehicle out of the sunlight.

Store the cake in a refrigerator before your event.

Make sure that the cake stand has adequate room or at least 1" around the cake board for easy serving.

Remove the cake from your refrigerator approximately 2 hours before serving.

To freeze any leftovers cut the cake into serving pieces and double wrap in plastic wrap. Put the wrapped pieces in a freezer bag and enjoy within 2 months.

Cake Cutting

Step 1

Position a cutting board against the side of your cake and cut a 1" slice.

Step2

Lay the cake slice on your board and cut into dessert (1"x2") portions.

Step 3

Repeat for the rest of the cake to ensure even portions. Enjoy your cake!

Step 4

Extra tall cakes can be cut again through the middle for even smaller portions.
